This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Authors Publishing Services.

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our Refund Policy ensures fairness while protecting both the author and our team.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are available only for services not yet started.

2. Non-Refundable Services
  • Services that have already been delivered (e.g., completed editing, finalized cover design, or formatted manuscript) are non-refundable.

  • Custom packages or additional services requested by the author may not be refundable.

3. Partial Refunds
  • If part of a service is completed, a partial refund may be offered depending on the work completed.

  • The refund amount will be calculated fairly based on services rendered.

4. Cancellation of Services
  • Authors can cancel ongoing services at any time, but work already completed will be billed according to the package.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Payment Disputes
