We strive to provide high-quality services, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our Refund Policy ensures fairness while protecting both the author and our team.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are available only for services not yet started.
Services that have already been delivered (e.g., completed editing, finalized cover design, or formatted manuscript) are non-refundable.
Custom packages or additional services requested by the author may not be refundable.
If part of a service is completed, a partial refund may be offered depending on the work completed.
The refund amount will be calculated fairly based on services rendered.
Authors can cancel ongoing services at any time, but work already completed will be billed according to the package.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

While we do not guarantee book sales or specific outcomes, we ensure that all services meet professional standards.
